  • Children are taken into groups part way through the meeting to learn about God in their own way
  • Refreshments are available after the service

Who made the world? Where do we come from? Why is there suffering all around us? We will be studying the book of Genesis and exploring the origins of the universe, human existence and many other important things from both a biblical and scientific perspective, and discovering how this knowledge can change our lives for today. Join us in this in-depth adventure into our beginnings!

About Us

We are a multi-cultural, forward-looking and friendly evangelical church which draws our congregation from across Maidstone and the surrounding areas.  We would love for you to visit!  The church places particular emphasis on the teaching of the Bible both on Sundays and throughout the week in our community house groups.

We believe and follow 'normal' Christian teachings such as:
  • The Unity of God as well as the Trinity of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit
  • The sinfulness of human nature and the necessity for God's help in our lives
  • The virgin birth, sinless life, death, resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ
  • The reality of God's work in our lives today through the Holy Spirit
  • Baptism and communion are normal practices for Christians
  • The Bible is the Divinely inspired Word of God given to help us in our lives

Does It Matter?

Many people doubt the Bible's origins, its message and its authority. One of the reasons for this doubt is the common belief in the contradictions between science and the Bible. In particular, many people question whether God created the Universe, the Earth or humanity itself.

Dominic Stratham is a speaker from Creation Ministries International and he will be speaking on this subject here at Grove Green Christian Fellowship on February 26th, 2012.
